Telehealth

Flexible Care. Better Access.

In-person sessions are available on a regular and consistent basis. As an option for the time being, the provision of behavioral and mental health services may be provided via telehealth services and through the use of technology modalities of video conferencing, using HIPAA-compliant software. Telehealth services allows for ease of access during this time of physical distancing and includes the advantages of flexible scheduling, increased access to service, and as an alternative to in-person care.

Questions to consider when determining if tele-psychology services are right for you:

  • Do I have access to efficient and reliable technology platforms?

  • Do I have the physical space to participate in a telehealth session?

  • Do I feel comfortable using the technology in which I will receive the telehealth services?

  • Do I feel that I can effectively participate in telehealth services?
